In a significant reshuffle, the President has appointed Justice M. Sundar of the Madras High Court as the next Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court.
He will assume charge once the current Chief Justice, Justice Kempaiah Somashekar, retires on September 14.
The order was issued by the Law Ministry on September 13.
