Welcome to Court Book ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.

2. Use of the App

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

• Using any automated system, including but not limited to robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the App.

• Attempting to impersonate another user or person or using the username of another user.

3. Content and Data

Public Data: The App uses public act data from the India Code Website and various legal drafts. While we strive to keep this information up-to-date, some data may occasionally be outdated. We recommend verifying the accuracy and currency of any legal information obtained through the App with official sources.

User Content: You are responsible for any content you post or submit through the App. By posting or submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, and materials included therein.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
