Section 10: Establishment of District Courts

Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972

Establishment of District Courts.

(1)

The Government may, after consultation with the High Court by notification, establish such number of District Courts as they may deem necessary and appoint a District Judge for each District Court.

(2)

The Government may, from time to time, likewise abolish any District Court established under this section.
