Section 15: Local limits of Jurisdiction of District Courts, Courts of Senior Civil Judge and Junior Civil Judge
Local limits of Jurisdiction of District Courts, Courts of Senior Civil Judge and Junior Civil Judge.
(1)
The Government shall, after consultation with the High Court, by notification, fix and may from time to time, likewise alter, the local limits of the jurisdiction of any District Court or Court of Senior Civil Judge; and the High Court shall, by notification, fix and may from time to time, likewise alter the local limits of the jurisdiction of any Court of Junior Civil Judge.(2)
The local limits of the jurisdiction of every District Court, Court of Senior Civil Judge or Court of Junior Civil Judge existing on the date of commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been fixed under this section and shall continue as such until altered.Previous
