Section 6: Distribution of work in the City Civil Court
Distribution of work in the City Civil Court.
(1)
The Chief Judge may, from time to time, make such arrangements as he may think fit, for the proper distribution of the business of the City Civil Court among the various Judges thereof.(2)
An Additional Chief Judge shall, subject to the general or special orders of the High Court, perform all or any of the functions of the Chief Judge which the Chief Judge may assign to him and in the performance of those functions, the Additional Chief Judge shall exercise the same powers as the Chief Judge.Previous
