Section 12: Entry in register and grant of licences
Entry in register and grant of licences. -
On receipt of an application under section 11 and on payment in the prescribed manner of the licence fee specified in section 10, the Sub-Registrar shall, subject to the provisions of section enter the name of the applicant in the register and grant the applicant a licence in- such form as may be prescribed.Previous
