Section 37: Prohibition of execution of decrees by arrest and detention in prison
Prohibition of execution of decrees by arrest and detention in prison. -
Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no Court shall order execution of a decree passed in any suit to which this Act applies by arrest and detention in prison of the judgment-debtor.Previous
