Licences. -
(1)
A licence shall be valid throughout the whole of [West Bengal] [Words substituted for the word 'Bengal' by the Indian Independence (Adaptation of Bengal and Punjab Acts) Order, 1948.] for a period of three years from the date of its issue or until it is cancelled.(2)
On the expiration of the period for which the licence was granted or on the cancellation of a licence it shall be returned by the money-lender to the Sub-Registrar who issued it.Previous
