Section 8: Authorities of the University

Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010

Authorities of the University.

- The following shall be the authorities of the University namely:-

(1)

Board of Management;

(2)

Senate;

(3)

Academic Council;

(4)

Faculties and their Board of Studies;

(5)

Such other bodies of University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of University;
