Section 42: Charity Commissioner to be corporation sole

Charity Commissioner to be corporation sole.

- [Each Charity Commissioner] [Substituted for the words 'The Charity Commissioner' by the Bombay Charity Commissioner (Regional Reconstruction) Order, 1960, Schedule] shall be a corporation sole and shall have a perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in his corporate name.
