Section 78: Charity Commissioner and other officers and assessors to be public servants

Charity Commissioner and other officers and assessors to be public servants.

- The Charity Commissioner, Deputy and Assistant Charity Commissioner, Inspectors and other subordinate officers and Assessors appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code [XLV of I860],
