Section 19: Lessee's permission to draw tari
Lessee's permission to draw tari.
- Where a right of manufacturing tari has been leased under Section 18, the State Government may declare that the written permission of the lessee to draw tari shall have the same force and effect as a licence from the Collector for that purpose.Previous
