Section 29: Power to take security from licensee
Power to take security from licensee.
- Any authority granting a licence under this Act may require the licensee to execute a counterpart agreement in conformity with the tenure of his licence and to give such security for the performance of such agreement, or to make such deposit or to provide both as such authority may think fit.Previous
