Section 9: Restriction on import, export or transport
Restriction on import, export or transport.
- Without the sanction of the State Government no intoxicant shall be imported, exported or transported, except -(a)
after payment of any duty to which it may be liable under this Act, or execution of a bond for such payment; and(b)
on compliance with such conditions as the State Government may impose.Previous
