Section 38: Failure to register the lease under section 37

Failure to register the lease under section 37.

- A lease which fails merely to comply with the provisions of section 37 shall not, for purposes of [section 42] [Substituted by Act 38 of 1965, section 5 for "section 46" ] , be deemed to be a transfer made in contravention of the provisions of this Act.
