- Where in a prosecution for an offence constituted by an act alleged to have caused bodily in journey to a person there is evidence that such injury was caused c iring a period when such person was in the custody of the Police, the Court may presume that such injury was caused by the Police Officer having custody of such person during that period.]Previous
