[These sections were substituted for the original by Bombay 22 of 1960, Section 78.]- In the absence of any provision to the contrary in this Act, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898) with respect to cognizable offences shall apply to offences under this Act. |
