- The through transport-(a)
of any consignment of any intoxicant, hemp, denatured spirituous preparation, [mhowra flowers, molasses, rotten gur or ammonium chloride] by a railway administration or by any steamer, ferry, road, transport or air service, or(b)
of any intoxicant, hemp, denatured spirituous preparation, [mhowra flowers, molasses, rotten gur or ammonium chloride] [Substituted for 'mhowra flowers or molasses' by Gujarat 27 of 2003, dated 17th September 2003 (w.e.f. 29-09-2003).], otherwise than by way of consignment, shall be subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.]Previous
