- Whoever in contravention of the provisions of this Act, or any rule, regulation or order made or of any licence, permit, pass or authorisation granted thereunder possesses, manufactures, uses or consumes rotten gur or ammonium chloride shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees,]Previous
