Section 84: Penalty for being found drunk in any drinking house
Penalty for being found drunk in any drinking house.
- Whoever is found drunk or drinking in a common drinking house or is found there present for the purpose of drinking shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees. Any person found in a common drinking house during any drinking therein shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved, to have been there for the purpose of drinking.Previous
