Section 103: Mode of recovery of moneys due to Authority
Mode of recovery of moneys due to Authority.
- Any money due to the Authority on account of fees or charges, or form the disposal of land, buildings or other properties, moveable or immoveable, or by way of rents and profits may, if the recovery thereof is not expressly provided for in any other provision of this Act, he recovered by the Authority as arrears of land revenue.Previous
