Section 124: Dissolution of Guwahati Development Authority
Dissolution of Guwahati Development Authority.
- As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act the State Government shall, by notification, in the official Gazette declare that the Guwahati Development Authority constituted under the provisions of the Assam Town and Country Planning Act, 1959 and as amended having jurisdiction over the Greater Guwahati Master Plan Area shall be dissolved with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification and the Guwahati Development Authority shall stand dissolved accordingly.Previous
