Section 26: Appeal against grant of permission subject to conditions or refusal of permission
Appeal against grant of permission subject to conditions or refusal of permission.
- Any applicant aggrieved by an order passed under Section 25, or if on order is passed under that section, may appeal within one month of the communication of that order to him or after the expiry of the period of there months from the date of submitting the application, as the case may be, in the manner and accompanied by such fees as may be prescribed, to the appellate authority appointed by the State Government in this behalf.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
