Section 34: Penalty for violation
Penalty for violation.
- The Authority shall have power to impose fine not exceeding five hundred rupees on any person, firm or Corporation who violates, disobeys, refuses to comply with, or who resist the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Act. Continuation of the violation shall constitute a separate offence for which a fine of fifty rupees per day may be imposed for the days after the first conviction.
