Section 52: Power to prescribe street line
Power to prescribe street line.
- The Authority may prescribe a line on one or both sides of any public street, provided a public notice of the proposals has been issued by the Authority in the prescribed manner. No person shall construct or reconstruct any portion of any building on land within the prescribed new street line.Previous
