Section 62: Power of the Authority to develop land in non- development area
Power of the Authority to develop land in non- development area.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (4) of Section 35, the Authority may, if it is of opinion that it is expedient to do so, undertake or carry out any development of any land which has been transferred to it or placed at its disposal under Section 57 or Section 61 even if such land is situated in any area which is not a development area.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
