Section 78: Grants advance and loans by State Government
Grants advance and loans by State Government.
- The State Government may make such grants, advances and loans to the Authority as it may deem necessary for the performance of the functions under this act and all such grants, advances and loans made shall be on such terms and conditions as the State Government may determine.Previous
