Section 89: Right of Occupier to execute works in default of owner
Right of Occupier to execute works in default of owner.
- When default is made by the owner of a building or land in the execution of any work required under this Act to be executed by him, the occupier of such building or land may, with the prior approval of the Authority cause such works to be executed and the expenses thereof shall, be paid to him by the owner, or the amount may be deducted out of the rent from time to time becoming due from him to such owner.Previous
