Section 9: Delegations
Delegations.
- The Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority, by order in writing and subject to such conditions as it may think fit to impose, delegate any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder to the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Town Planner, Chief Engineer, Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer or any Officer appointed under this Act.Previous
