Member officers and employment to be public Servant.
- Every Officers and servants of the Authority and every other officer employed by the State Government for the purpose of this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).Previous
