Power to compelatten dance of waitness etc.
- For the purpose of this Act, the Authority or an Officer appointed under the provisions of this Act to discharge the function of the Authority or the appellate Authority may summon and enforce the attendance of witnesses including the parties interested or any of them and compel them to give evidence and compel the production of documents by the same means and as far as possible in the same manner as is provided in the case of Civil Court by the Code of Civil procedure, 1908.Previous
