Section 16: Criminal Appeal
Criminal Appeal.
- Ordinarily, following cases shall be registered as a Criminal Appeal-(1)
an appeal under Section 341 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;(2)
an appeal under Section 351 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;(3)
an appeal under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;(4)
an appeal under Section 377 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;(5)
a miscellaneous criminal case under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, after grant of leave to appeal by the Court;(6)
an appeal under Section 449 (ii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;(7)
an appeal under Section 454 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973;or(8)
