Section 19: Abstract of proceedings of general meetings.

The Insurance Act, 1938

Every insurer, being a company or body incorporated under any law for the time being in force in ²[India], shall furnish to the ¹[Authority] ³[a certified copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every general meeting, as entered in the Minutes Book of the insurer] within thirty days from the holding of the meeting to which it relates.
