Section 64E: Authorities of the Life Insurance Council and the General Insurance Council.
The authorities of the Life Insurance Council and the General Insurance Council shall be the Executive Committee 1*** constituted in the manner provided in this Part.
1. The words "the Tariff Committee and other Committee thereof" omitted by Act 62 of 1968, s. 25 (w.e.f. 1-6-1969).
