- Whoever-(i)
threatens any person with any injury to the person, reputation or property or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested; or(ii)
to induce any person through any means to cause such person to give false evidence shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term of which may extend to seven years, or with fine or both.]Previous
