Punishment of offences committed beyond, but which by law may be tried within the [State.] [Substituted by Act III of 1967.]
- Any person liable, by any law passed [x x x x x] [Words 'by His Highness the Maharaja Bahadur or' omitted by Act X of 2010. (For earlier amendment see Act X of 1996).] by the Legislature of the state to be tried for an offence committed beyond the limits of the [State] [Substituted by Act III of 1967.] shall be dealt with according to the provisions of this Code for any act committed beyond the [State] [Substituted by Act III of 1967.] in the same manner as if such act has been committed within the [State] [Substituted by Act III of 1967.].Previous
