Section 363: Punishment for kidnapping
Punishment for kidnapping.
- Whoever kidnaps any person from Jammu and Kashmir State or from lawful guardianship, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to [seven years] [Substituted for 'three years' vide Notification No. I3-L/83 dated 30th August, 1926.
