Section 376F: Cancellation of driving licence

Cancellation of driving licence.

(1)

The licence of the accused of rape of an offence under section 294 shall stand suspended from the date the accused is challaned in a competent court of law till the announcement of the judgement.

(2)

Any person found guilty of offences mentioned in sub-section (1) shall have no right to drive any vehicle in the State and his licence shall stand cancelled on conviction.]Of Unnatural offences
