Section 101: Occupancy right transferable and heritable
Occupancy right transferable and heritable.
- Subject to the provisions contained in section 87, and to any conditions lawfully annexed to the tenure and save as otherwise prescribed by law, an occupancy shall be deemed to be a heritable and transferable property.Previous
