Section 149: Disposal of building sites
Disposal of building sites.
- The Deputy Commissioner may dispose of lands set apart for building sites under section 148 other than such lands as are vested in the local authority having jurisdiction over the village, town or city, in such manner as may be directed by rules made by the State Government in this behalf.Previous
