Contributions payable by local authority.
- When the survey of any land or boundary directed under section 152, within the limits of any city or town has been completed in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the expenses incurred in connection with such survey shall, in such proportion as may be fixed by the State Government, be payable by the local authority concerned to the State Government.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
