Notice of demand.
(1)
A notice of demand may be issued on or after the day following that on which the arrear became payable.(2)
The form and contents of the notice of demand, the cost recoverable for such notice from the defaulter as an arrear of land revenue, and the officers by whom such notices shall be issued shall be such as may be prescribed.Previous
