Sale of perishables.
- Nothing in section 169 applies to the sale of perishable articles. Such articles shall be sold by auction with the least possible delay and such sale shall be finally concluded by the officer conducting the sale, subject to such orders as may from time to time be made by the Deputy Commissioner either generally or specially in this behalf.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
