Power to transfer cases.
- [(1) The Tribunal, on an application made to it in this behalf or otherwise may, if it is of opinion that it is expedient for the ends of justice, order that any case or class of cases arising under this Act, or any other law for the time being in force, be transferred from any Regional Commissioner to any other Regional Commissioner.(1A)
