Section 5: Power of State Government to alter limits of or to amalgamate or constitute villages
Power of State Government to alter limits of or to amalgamate or constitute villages.
- The State Government may, subject to such conditions and in such manner as may be prescribed, alter or add to the limits of any village or amalgamate two or more villages or constitute a new village for the purpose of this Act.Previous
