Section 52: Application of the Limitation Act

Application of the Limitation Act.

- Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (Central Act 36 of 1963) shall mutatis mutandis apply to all appeals under this Act.
