Amendment of orders.
- Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in orders arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may at any time be corrected by the Revenue Officer passing the order or by any of his successors in office, either on his own motion or on the application of any of the parties concerned:Provided that no such correction shall be made without giving a reasonable opportunity to the parties to be heard.Previous
