Section 90: Penalty for failure to grant receipts
Penalty for failure to grant receipts.
- Any person contravening the provisions of section 89 shall, after summary enquiry before the Deputy Commissioner, be liable to pay as fine such amount as the Deputy Commissioner may specify, not exceeding three times the amount received for which a receipt was not duly granted.[Chapter VIIA] [Inserted by Act 20 of 1986 w.e.f. 13.5.1986.] Construction of Water Course through Land of Another.Previous
