Punishment for concealing persons ordered to be detained
Whoever, knows or has reason to believe that an order against any person has been made under section 3 or section 15, harbours or conceals such person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three months but may extend to one year, and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.Previous
