Material objects not liable to confiscation to be returned to the owner—
Where the District Magistrate passes an order under this Act that any material object seized and detained under sub-section (2) of section 16A is not liable to be confiscated under this Act, he shall, after the expiry of thirty days from the date of such order, release such material object to the person from whom it was seized or to the owner thereof, subject to such condition as he deems fit.Disclaimer: This section is reproduced for general informational and reference purposes only.
